The lodge sleeps 10 across 5 bedrooms (all king beds) plus a fourth-floor loft with twin bunks and pull-out beds — 9 beds and 4.5 baths in 5,000 sq ft on a private 1,000-acre ranch.

About 10 minutes to downtown Leadville, roughly 25 minutes to Copper Mountain, and about an hour to Vail and to Breckenridge. Denver is about two hours.
Yes, but it is not activated for guests. The home requires that you are able to climb stairs, which are steep in places, so plan accordingly.
Yes. The lodge holds up to 10 guests and is popular with large groups and LT100 race crews, with parking for five or more vehicles and a pull-through in front for easy unloading.
Yes. The lodge has an expansive professional kitchen with a 5-burner cooktop, oven and microwave. It is huge, with multiple islands and bars seating 6 to 8 in the kitchen and two dining tables that seat 12 more, plus additional freezers and refrigerators on the first floor for bulk storage and staging for large groups.
